Dungeons are Palworld's repeatable loot fountains once overworld farming slows down. Each cave or tower basement drops gear mats, gold, and occasional schematics that never appear on regular Pals. The 1.0 loop rewards route knowledge more than fighting every mob inside.

Party composition should include one mount Pal for long halls, one breaker for rock walls if the dungeon has destructible shortcuts, and a healer meal stack in quick slots.
📦Tip: Empty inventory before entry. Nothing hurts more than a legendary schematic sitting on a boss pedestal while your bags are full of stone.
Loot tables worth targeting
Weapon upgrade mats, accessory components, and gold pouches dominate worthwhile dungeon hours. Skip low-tier consumable drops once you can craft better at base. If a dungeon shares a loot pool with a tower reward, prioritize whichever reset timer is shorter for your schedule.
Solo vs co-op farming
In multiplayer, split roles: one player pulls aggro, another loots chests, a third captures interior spawns. Guild bases near multiple dungeon doors become farming hubs faster than remote mansions with pretty views. Agree on loot rules before the run so rare schematics go to the crafter who can use them tonight.
